Below are steps to update your device location.
1. From the dashboard, navigate to the wrench icon on the right of the orange toolbar and click “Devices” from the dropdown menu.
2. On the Manage Devices page, click the device name for the desired Player.
3. On the Edit Player menu, select the “Location” tab on the left, enter the desired city and zip code in the Location box, and click “Save Player” at the bottom of the screen.
If the location is set and the issue persists there could be a network connectivity issue.
