If your current CommandCenterHD user will be replaced by another employee, consider following this guide for an easy transition.
Note: Only Administrators can create and delete user accounts.
1) Create a new user for the employee taking over CCHD responsibilities. Give them the same access as the person they will replace. Click here for directions on creating new users.
2) Email onboarding@spectrio.com to register the new user for CommandCenterHD training.
3) Request that the previous CCHD user deletes any old Campaigns, Templates, and Media that are no longer needed in CommandCenterHD. They may also need to remove old Campaigns from the Campaign Lineup for specific Channels in ChannelsHD.
4) Delete the previous CCHD user in CommandCenterHD and merge accounts.
- From the dashboard, navigate to the wrench icon on the right of the orange toolbar and click “Users” from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Red X to the right of the desired user.
- Click “OK” to confirm deletion on the pop-up that appears.
